1800 West Loop South is owned by a limited liability company comprised of Transwestern Investment Company L.L.C. (TIC), The Easton Group, Chuck Cobb and Jorge Perez.

Transwestern Investment Company, L.L.C. ("Transwestern") is a principal investment firm specializing in commercial real estate and is the managing partner for 1800 West Loop South. Since its inception in 1996, Transwestern has pursued nine investment initiatives, all focused primarily on domestic, value-added strategies. Recently the firm formed Aslan Realty Partners III, L.L.C., a fully-discretionary equity fund that targets office, industrial, and retail investments nationwide with capital commitments totaling $800 million. To date, the firm has made more than 380 property investments representing a gross investment in excess of $7 billion.

Transwestern is modeled after private equity firms where all the professionals and key employees act as principals and share in the profits. The firm is committed to maintaining its status as a privately-held company, recruiting strong industry professionals and working closely with its institutional investment partners to provide outstanding results.
