1800 West Loop South is in the heart of the West Loop/Galleria area, Houston's premiere shopping and business district. Exterior

Granite aggregate surfaced pre-cast concrete wall panels alternating with a ribbon window wall system at each floor. Ribbon window wall assembly is bronze and aluminum with reflective bronze plate glass.

Floors

Floor plates range between 19,000 and 19,500 square feet of rentable area. Ceiling heights of 9 feet and 9 foot high, solid core doors are standard on all office floors.

Views

1800 West Loop South showcases spectacular views of the Galleria area, River Oaks and Tanglewood neighborhoods and Downtown Houston.

Parking

Parking at 1800 West Loop South is provided via an 11-story double helix parking garage located directly North of the building. It has 973 parking spaces and both reserved and unreserved parking is available to all tenants. Convenient skywalks are located on the third and seventh floors of the building. 27 Visitor and Handicap parking spaces are located in front of the building providing easy and convenient visitor parking. The first 30 minutes of parking is free and every 30 minutes afterwards is $1.00. All day parking and the fee for a lost ticket is $5.00. The parking garage is strategically situated far enough from traffic lights to facilitate easy ingress and egress.

HVAC

Computer controlled energy management system with variable air volume and air conditioning offers tenants the complete balance of comfort and energy efficiency. The Central Plant consists of 1100 tons of cooling capacity. It has one air handler and 13 variable air volume boxes. All equipment is controlled by a Johnson control energy management system. Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays and 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Elevators

Ten independent passenger elevators located in express high-rise and low-rise banks and one freight elevator. Four independent passenger elevators located at the garage lobby provide building access from the garage and two floor levels in the building.

Security

A completely automated fire/life safety system with smoke detectors, strobes and announcement system thoroughly alerts all occupants in the event of any incident. The building also contains internal audio alarm monitoring and an electric surveillance system supporting a 24-hour personnel team.
